What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Simple and ElegantI was searching for a mirror for months. It was going to be hung over a mantle in a room with 19 foot ceilings. I needed something with a French cleat for hanging. I ordered the brass and it came quickly in absolute perfect condition. It’s a very very heavy mirror so you will need many hands to hang it. The brass is a very pretty color not too gold. It stunning! Simple lines but big impact.

Solid, Quality MirrorI am so impressed with this mirror. It is a solid piece and *extremely* heavy (so organize some moving help in preparation for its arrival). The accompanying hardware allows you to hang it traditionally or secure it to the wall while it’s leaning against it. The mirror itself is high quality — no warped reflections or fun house vibes whatsoever. I’m very satisfied with my first Ballard purchase and will absolutely purchase from this company again in the future!

Wilcox MirrorIt’s a beautiful mirror but I have not been able to use it. I am still trying to figure out how to hang the mirror horizontally above a bathroom vanity. The advertisement states the mirror can be leaning or hung but it doesn’t say it can only be hung vertically. It’s super heavy and I sure don’t want it to fall.

Beautiful mirror but cleat isn't levelBeautiful mirror but install is difficult. I ensured the wall-side cleat was level and positioned so the mirror would seat evenly with the weight on the floor. Unfortunately the mirror-side cleat is not level and so one side of the mirror is floating with the weight mostly on the wall. This does not feel safe. Also, because of the tabs for hanging the mirror flat, there is very little play too adjust the mirror so that it is centered (typically an advantage of French cleats).
