We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Quality Waiting a couple of months to receive my custom upholstered daybed was worth the wait. It is a beautiful piece and very well built. I paid extra for the in-house delivery and, even though they were several hours late in arrival, they were very professional and clean (removed shoes, etc.) The reason I gave four stars and not five, is because the mattress cover does not fit as tightly as I expected. The description said it was made for a 10" mattress, which is exactly what I purchased per their statements. However, even after putting a cushy mattress pad over the mattress, the cover is still a bit too big. If I sit on the daybed, then it requires straightening of the cover to remove all the loose bunches after standing up. Still, it looks lovely and will be a very comfortable place for my guests.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good cover but seams on front and a little big It's hard to find a mattress that is thick enough so that the cover is snug. Also there's a seam in the middle on both sides that will always be visible so that's not optimal. Other than those 2 things I really like it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice fabric / loose fit Fabric is nice and wears well despite being in the sun for a few years. The issue is the mattress cover fits a bit loosely. I have been able to tuck it under the mattress to make it look more custom in appearance, and this is fine so long as no one sits on the daybed.

I honestly would've gone somewhere else for the entire daybed set-up if I'd known it wasn't possible to get a properly fitting mattress cover from Ballard Designs. Very disappointing.

Even with the proper thoughtfulness ahead of time, the cover still fits very loosely on our mattress and looks quite sloppy. Overall, I'm not thrilled with this purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed... I order the uphostered daybed mattress cover for the Isabella day bed in Calistro Green. I was very disappointed because the elastic for the fitted cover was very poorly done. The elsatic was bunched up in one area and almost none in other areas so the cover does not fit snuggly. You can clearly see the bunching on the side of the mattress and it really ruined the beauty of the daybed, which I was very happy with. I did not return it as I didn't want to wait another 6 weeks for the replacement.
