What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Substantial, but need a little maintenance.It's almost too much sheet. Since it lacks much structure on the corners, it moves a bit for restless sleepers. The elastic band around the edge keeps it from pulling off, but it does move and require some adjustment. The sheets also were rough even after washing them once. After the second wash, they were much softer. That said, the sheets are substantial and will last for a while. The color works for a lot of color schemes.

Well made, but the color is offThis bed skirt is very well made. I was impressed with the quality of the stitching and that it was skirted on all 4 side. The corners are perfect. I give it 3 stars due to the color. It’s much darker than depicted in the catalog. Rather muddy looking in person. Since I was trying to coordinate with a previous Ballard purchase, this was disappointing. If you are buying this first and working around this piece than you will likely find it quite nice. I would have returned it if not for the expensive upfront shipping paid for this and the matching duvet. I will likely dye it or sell it locally to recoup my expenses.

We’ll made, but the color is off.The fabric and construction of the duvet is very nice. It’s well constructed and had a nice weight to it. Seams are strong. I downgrade to 3 stars only because the color was not true to its depiction online or in the catalog. The color is darker and muddier than expected, which doesn’t suit my needs as well as the color depicted. I was attempting to match drapes I previous purchased from Ballard. I would have returned it the matching bed skirt , if I wouldn’t lose nearly $60 in shipping costs paid. Just going to have to make the best of it or try to dye it another color.

Isn’t actually available!I purchased/ordered this pillow back in February 2021 and continued to receive emails every 3 weeks or so telling me it was backordered and would be delayed. Fast forward to mid May and yet another email saying it would be delayed yet again. So disappointing! Customer service was very responsive, but I don’t think you should sell something that is clearly not actually available for that long of a period of time.
