Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.
Standard Shipping
Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.
Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $20-$40/item oversized handling fee.
Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.
How do you calculate standard shipping charges?
Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.
All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.
*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.
Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Truck Delivery
Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.
Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.
All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $20-$40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery
Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.
Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.
In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended
On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.
Truck Delivery Scheduling
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4hour window for your delivery. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator restrictions. It's important to ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
What to expect for Delivery
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Accepting your Delivery
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rodin Square PlanterI absolutley love these planters. They are very substantial and rich looking. The reason I bought from Ballard is because my friend has a variation of the planter and she told me that she had had hers for 20 years and it hadnt cracked or anything. I am so pleased with them. Beautiful, light-weight, classy plantersI purchased three dark gray/black planters for the back deck of my house. I previously had heavy ceramic planters, but when I realized they were too heavy to move, I left them outside over our cold winters. Doing so just made them chip and crack. Though I don’t yet k ow how these will weather, I don’t teally need to be concerned because they are so lightweight. I will have no trouble bringing them inside once we have our first frost. The planters are beautiful and have s very handy drain plug that can be removed. They drain well. I am thrilled with my purchase!

Beautiful in black!I bought top of these in black for front door entrance, absolutely perfect. Look great and light enough to move around at will, but still good and sturdy. Have hole in bottom for outside use which is what I'm using for,but would be nice indoors as well..very happy with this purchase!

Look Like the Real ThingI purchased two of the small planters in stone. They are pretty, light weight, and look like real stone. I also like that they have a drainage hole with a plug in the event you want to use them indoors. Even the small planters are a generous size and add a nice finishing touch to our front porch. A great find!We were looking for lightweight garden planters that looked like natural stone and were shocked by the prices at our local garden centers. We happened to have received a catalog from Ballard and thought these looked perfect. We were not disappointed. They arrived promptly and were incredibly well-packaged. They are excellent quality, lightweight, so easy to maneuver, and look fabulous overflowing with our spring pansies.
