After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Very happy with knife edge cushions!I have folding teak chairs that need an odd size cushion. The 17.5” x 17.5” was pretty close so went ahead and purchased 8 of them. Knife edge, black sunbrella fabric looks fabulous!!! I’ve had numerous compliments already. Very high end look, not too thick...worked out great! Very well made, very firm- not soft and squishy—seems like they will last! Love the contrast of the black with the newly cleaned teak!

Great knife edge pillows!It’s been difficult to find the right size cushions for our wrought iron chairs.
Because we wanted them for the seat and the back I ordered knife edge so they wouldn’t overwhelm the chairs. I always considered “knife edge” a step below “box”, but Ballards proved me wrong. These are wonderful! The thickness and piping was far superior to what I was expecting. They really should feature knife edge in their catalogue. You typically only get to see the box style, and these are just as impressive. Delivered within one week.

Worth the moneyThis is a high quality cushion, well made, that should last for years. It drains water well, and after a month in all sorts of weather looks like it just came out of the box. It is firm but provides a nice seat for our wooden bench. I've ordered cheaper cushions before and regretted it -- these may be a little more expensive but they're worth it.

Bright color, good quality, very rain repellent!I'm very pleased with my new solid red Sunbrella outdoor cushions. The color was just as it appeared online, a bright, cheery red without being too intense. They repel water beautifully and are dry with just a shake. At first I brought them in when there was a chance of rain but now I leave them out with no worries. The workmanship is good, the ties stay tied, and no hint of fading even though they are in direct sunlight.

Great for our Deck ChairsThese are just the right dimensions for our wrought-iron deck furniture. We had some previously that were heavier and unwieldy to handle; these are thick enough to provide the necessary padding, and that's what we wanted. Attractive colors, also.

Nice cushionsThese are nice cusions, well made, but they are a bit too hard for the bumm. If you don't mind firm these are great. Wasn't a deal breaker for me. They will likely get softer with age & use. Sunbrella fabric is fantastic for outdoors. Wears like iron!
