After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Love it, but….I love the color, feel and look of this bed spread. I purchased a king in the blue. The only thing I wish was different is if it was about 6-8” wider. It is a little short for a king size. Other than that, I love it!

Margot Velvety QuiltBeautiful color (cornflower) that really enhances the color palette in my bedroom. On the practical side, however, I knew the quilt was not real velvet but still I expected a more organic feel. Perhaps not enough cotton in the blend. But I still love it!

Only problem is I had to put it outside to air out because it had a perfume oder I really didn’t care for. Taking it in and out to my patio for several days was inconvenient. Beautiful but......Like everything I receive from Ballard it is more beautiful in person. I took away a star because unfortunately the decorative cross stitching started to break and fray after just a week. I have not washed the quilt yet because I am afraid it will get worse after washing.

Lush, very plush, A good buy!We've been very happy with this quilt and 3 euro shams. The weight is perfect for year long use. The only thing I am not crazy about is the quilt stitching is of a length that is long enough to get caught and pulled on things like jagged finger nails, rings, etc. Overall we are happy to have it.

Spa is too washed outI ordered the spa color but was disappointed that the color in person is very pale, washed out. It almost looks white. Nice texture however it has a bland look because of the color. Sending it back.
