What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Beautiful trees, especially when lit!I love these trees, they are beautiful on or off. I really like the fact that they do not take an unusual battery but regular AAs. The fact that they are LED lights really help too on battery consumption. I did notice that the medium one that I got seems to have a cool white LED bulb while the other two have a warm white LED bulb. Unwrap them carefully as the first small tree came apart at the base where the battery/light meets the glass, I called Ballard and they sent a replacement but it happened again with the second one but I just kept it and hot glued the base to the glass. The large and medium size came out of the boxes perfectly though!!

Lit Mercury Glass TreesOn one of the trees, the compartment that holds the batteries did not work properly and as a result, I had to take the batteries out when not in use. And, as I had already thrown out the boxes, I was unable to return the tree to Ballard. The remaining two trees work well and are beautiful, as is the malfunctioning one, when turned on.

Beautiful glass but impractical lightingThey are pretty but the lights do not have a timer. So, I coukd not put them where otiginally plsnned because they are heavy to take down every night to put the lights on/off. Very disappointing!

Battery compartment issuesI received this about a week ago and absolutely love the lighting it provides, however, the battery compartment is very cheap. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The battery prongs don't line up well with the batteries and I double checked to be sure they were good batteries. I would recommend but be sure the battery compartment is in tack-

Beautiful but lighted feature is unpredictableI bought 6 of these. They are beautiful, especially when lit. Glass is gorgeous but I had to return 3 as the lighting mechanism either wouldn't come on or was broken. I'm worried that by next year the 3 that work this year won't work either.

Gorgeous, but don't plan on the lights lasting.Gorgeous, but the medium sized tree light kept flickering and sometimes wouldn't go on at all. It wouldve been a pain to return them so I just kept them. They are pretty even with the lights off.

Poorly constructed switchAbsolutely beautiful but poorly made! The light broke in one of my trio I think the third time I turned it on. The switch is poorly made and cheap. Now, I have two that light up and one that doesn't - so they will just be unlit and still pretty.

Lit Mercury Glass TreesSeveral of the trees I purchased did not illuminate. One upon arrival. One after using a few days. This product was very disappointing. The price is far too high for the quality. I would hesitate buying other similar products from Ballard design.
