What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Beautiful table - exactly what we wanted!What a beautiful table!!! It came well packed, no damage, and easy to put in the 2 glass shelves. We chose the table to go with our new area rug. The glass allows the patterned rug to show through. The matte gold frame is so elegant - not flashy or shiny - just beautiful. I'll include a picture. Other glass top tables we considered had such thin glass that they were limited to 5 or 10 pounds of weight on the glass. What good is that!??! I can't recall the exact weight limit, but it was much better!

Buyer BewareLoved the design of this table in store. I was deceived. Got it home and found that the paint chips EXTREMELY easily. Not only that but stickers stick to the glass. You could just look at this coffee table and the paint would flake off. Good luck placing the glass on it, the bottom installs at an almost impossible angle and when you place the glass down, you almost have to drop it. MORE paint chipped as I carefully lowered the glass into place.
