After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

Great quality and easy to installI’m very happy about the quality of this drapery Rod, and also the rings. In the past I’ve bought cheaper quality rods. The best part of this rod, other than they look very unique and pretty, is that the way it was designed to hang on the wall is so much better. The system installs so much easier, and looks a lot nicer.

Eyelet holes very smallIf you are using these with custom pre-pinned draperies the eyelet hole for the ring is extremely small and does not fit the pre-pinned plastic drapery hooks that come with a lot of lines of custom draperies. I had to replace all pins with metal drapery pins and then they fit. A very unique look, but hard to also get the rings to sit perpendicular to the rod and stay lined up.

Sleek hardwareI love this hardware set! It’s clean and simple. A great transitional piece, traditional but with a contemporary flare due to the square end caps. Only thing is that it was scratched in some places when I took it out of the box, so that was disappointing.

I ordered the polished nickel but took one star away because it is more of a brushed nickel instead of polished. My dining room walls are black so it didn’t pop as much I would’ve like but it still looks beautiful and added just a touch more of sophistication to the room.

Beautiful rings if they work for your projectPay close attention to the configuration of these rings. If you wish to use them without the clips, they will require some retro-fitting - either by sewing them directly onto your panels, or adding a jump ring to the eye. Otherwise, they worked fine for the panels I used, and the quality is very good. The shape is beautiful and unique, so all good!

Nice quality hardwareHardware is just as pictured - very nice quality, heavy and substantial. The unique square profile really added a high-end touch. Also purchased the matching rings. The only thing that should be noted is that the eyes on the rings are facing the same direction as the ring itself, so they must be used with the enclosed clips - you can't really use drapery pins with these rings. This worked out ok for the panels we were using, but if we had been using custom pleated panels with pins, it would not have worked without some type of jump ring.

Beautiful but Not Well MadeI loved the way these looked online and despite a few bad reviews, I decided to try them. They are beautiful in person, but not "polished", they're definitely brushed. Similar look to stainless steel. The brackets are rather chincy. I ordered 3 sets and the mounting brackets were curved on two sets (4 brackets total), making them impossible to install. Had a local gunsmith make some new ones out of steel. The diameter on them is 1", the display photos are misleading. The rings are metal on metal so they will make noise and scratch.
Bottom line: they look great, but don't touch them. For the money I would have expected a better quality.

Beautiful but not practicalI LOVE these so much, but the only problem is that I bought the round rod and these do not fit easily on them. So while the effect is beautiful, it is not practical as it is not easy to open and close the curtains as the rings get stuck on the rod.
