What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Highgate doormat - A long term solutionThis is a very heavy high quality rubber mat. Great for porches and door areas that get wet. I just left one at a house I sold and this is a replacement one for the new house although it means I still have two; one for both front and back porches. They hold up extremely well and are very attractive for a rubber mat. I purchased my first ones years ago and they still look new. Very glad this mat is still carried by Ballard Designs. Hint: Try the shoe/boot tray as well to keep dirt at the door and not ending up throughout the house!

Stood the test of time in the desert heat!The Highgate Double Doormat is beautiful! I had the smaller version for several years until, eventually, the hot Las Vegas sun cracked the rubber. I was pleased with how long it stood up to the harsh dry and hot desert climate. I have never been disappointed by any of my purchases from Ballard Designs!

safely walk down deck stairs in winterI bought this after the first icy weather when I couldn't walk down my deck stairs without hanging onto the rail for dear life. I also bought a smaller version and the step mats. They made the stairs and deck pathway safe all winter. I highly recommend them. We also received lots of complements for the way they look.
