After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Purchased the same mat cuz I love it!Purchased the same French Menu mat I’ve had since 2010 cuz I love it! Took a cleaning shortcut this summer & used carpet cleaning machine on the old mat which loosened/lifted the fabric edges on each end. WHAT was I thinking?! Placed the older mat in the garage in front of the entry door into house—it’s great there. And the new mat has the same comfort level in a design style I love!

Very PleasedVery pleased with mat. It doesn't slip around on floor, stays in place. Soft, comfortable , stylish and oh so French. Only complaint is that it is advertised as machine washable. I certainly cannot fit that big mat in my washing machine. So, I wipe it off with a damp cloth when necessary.

2nd one I've purchasedI love this mat! Its extremely comfortable and very durable. My first one has lasted for over 5 years and been through so much from home renovations to foster puppies playing with it. Love that I can just hose it off and it's good as new. The thing that finally damaged mine was my Rumba vaccuum. It makes the corners come up from going over it so often.

Always uniqueI have had several of these kitchen mats over the years and I always go back for more. The French menu theme is cute and fun. The most current mat I purchased is a bit thinner than previous years but that is okay and actually clears under my pantry doors better now. Over the years my previous mat ‘s ends frayed up a bit due to washing , wear and tear in a high traffic area, vacuuming , but probably to be expected.

Great mats but do not vacuumAlways enjoy the French Bistro Comfort Mats and we order every year. Just know they last about 18 months since the top printed layer peaks off around the edges. It helps to clean with a wet cloth and no vacuuming which pulls at the top layer. Amazingly comfortable and so worth the price especially on hard tile kitchen/laundry floors which causes legs to hurt. Love, love these mats.

Great for Mom and the dogThis is "menu" mat #5 in my house. My son bought 4 of the longest size for my kitchen to help our elderly dog walk more easily above the slick hardwood floors. (Of course, they provide great bounce for Mom, too, and I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Win-win.) I then bought this smaller size for the hardwood transition from den to kitchen. I do not exaggerate to say we probably would have had to put down our darlin' doggie six months ago because he can no longer navigate with his rear legs. With these wonderful mats he continues to walk to the back door, watch me cook and clean, and eat and drink from his dog bowls. These have truly been a blessing! Doggie is headed towards year 17.
