After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Check you are ordering the right sizeThese are great, just make sure you are ordering the right size for your rod. The link from the rod will take you to page but the default is the smaller size, I didn’t notice and then had to spend another shipping and return fee to get the larger ones.

Beautiful Drapery RingsI love the look of my French Return Drapery Rods and Rings. I purchased the brass rod and brass rings to go with the silk dupioni pinch pleat drapes I made. This rod offers a more updated elegant look that is clean and simple. I always like my drapes with a return to the wall, this is much more elegant, blocks the light from the side of the window, and looks finished. The rods are beautifully finished, easy to hang and very sturdy. The rings are a nice weight and slide easily on the rods and I have no marks from sliding the curtains back and forth. Simply beautiful!

Perfect Ring for Drapery pins and Curtain clips.Perfect drapery/curtain rings! I used mine as drapery rings; I used drapery pins and I loved that the hole for the pin to hook through was thoughtfully placed at the correct angle facing out.(Many rings with loops for pins are located in the same direction as the rod ring, thus the drapery pleat turns and does not hang straight!) The size and shape of the rings is perfect.

Curtain rings.Love! I realized that I bought too many rings so instead of 10 on either side, I just have 5 on either side. Wow, such a difference!! I have gorgeous, flowy, linen drapes and your eye was drawn up to all these metal rings and I did not like the look. But with 5 rings on each side, it allows for the curtains to drape and billow and have the look I wanted all along.

Good Quality and PriceI purchased these rings in pewter for a 3/4" rod from a different company. The rod is brushed nickel and these are pewter. As I suspected, they are a darker gray, but they blend together and I think they look fine. I like the squared off profile of these rings. They are not overly heavy or clunky looking. The rings are good quality and slide across the rod easily. I am using drapery pins, not the clips provided. The clips are packaged separately and must be attached to the rings. Finally, these rings are well priced at about half of the rod company's price. They were sent quickly. I would recommend.
