What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Gorgeous TableBeautiful table. Seats 6, but you could squeeze 1-2 more. Purchased the Dania chairs in blue with it. It's a showstopper in our dining area. Word of warning, however. The table and base need to be attached, which my husband did, easily. It takes two strong men to flip it over, as it's extremely heavy. Ballard does no provide assembly, so make sure you have some strong arms!

Great Breakfast Table for a Family of FiveWe needed a table that was large enough for a family of 5 to sit together for breakfast/lunch and something that would brighten the room up. Love my tableWe moved into our new house and my husband and I were looking for something different. I searched for months and I initially selected a different table from another design store. I went to Ballard to look for my counter stools and after speaking with one of the designers and walking around the store, we saw this table and we both fell in love with it. Transformed Our Dining AreaThe Andrews Pedestal table is truly beautiful. It has changed the entire dynamic of our dining area positioned between two adjacent bay windows. We purchased the white wash finish hoping to lighten up the impact of our dark wood floor and it did just that. We paired two Dayna chairs in the natural oak finish to blend with other furniture in the area. The glass topper is a must as the table top finish is fragile. Couldn’t be happier.
